Holina Healing is a residential treatment program located within a 5 star resort in Khao Yai, Thailand. Our medical and clinical focus is treating individuals with Chronic Pain Recovery needs, Complex Trauma and PTSD as well as Medical and Physical Wellness interventions. Our integrative approach addresses chronic pain, trauma, wellness in a systemic and holistic approach ensuring that clients receive the highest level of quality care and services.
We support healing across a wide spectrum of behavioral and emotional challenges—not just addiction. Our integrative approach addresses trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, grief, compulsive behaviors, and other behavioral health issues in addition to substance dependency.
We are a fully residential treatment center. All clients live on-site throughout their stay to fully engage with our immersive programs. We do not offer drop-in, outpatient, or day-visit options.
Most guests stay between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on their individual goals and therapeutic needs. We recommend a minimum of 28 days to fully integrate into the process, though longer stays allow for deeper work and more sustainable results.
Yes, with notice and within certain boundaries. Family visits can be arranged through your case manager and are best planned to support—not disrupt—your healing process. In some cases, family sessions may be part of your treatment journey.
Yes, you can keep both your laptop and phone. However, we encourage mindful use to support your healing. All devices should be used in a way that does not interfere with the program or your recovery journey.
Smoking and vaping are allowed but only in designated areas adjacent to your accommodation. For the comfort and health of the community, smoking or vaping is not permitted in any common or indoor areas.
Holina Healing is located in the beautiful natural surrounds of Khao Yai. Expect a tropical climate year-round, with warm days and cooler evenings depending on the season. Pack accordingly.
Pack as if you’re heading to a tropical 5-star retreat. Lightweight, breathable clothing, swimwear, modest attire for group therapy, activewear, comfortable shoes, a hat, and personal toiletries are recommended.
Avoid bringing valuables, drugs or alcohol, offensive clothing, or anything that could be disruptive to a community environment. A full list of restricted items will be provided after registration.
Yes. Our in-house 5-star chef creates meals that combine continental, Thai, and vegan cuisine. We can accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.
Our residential program costs are all-inclusive and vary based on the type and length of program you choose. This includes accommodation, meals, therapy, excursions, and all program content.

Most nationalities can enter Thailand without a visa or obtain one on arrival. No specific vaccinations are required. However, we advise checking the latest travel advisories for your country before departure.
