No. You do not need a referral from a doctor or therapist to enquire or be admitted. We conduct our own comprehensive intake assessment on arrival.
We aim to confirm availability and admission within 48–72 hours of your intake call. In urgent situations, we can often expedite this significantly.
Completely. All communications are protected. We never share information without your explicit consent. Many of our guests enquire from a place of vulnerability — that is something we handle with care and discretion.
That is determined during your intake call. Our clinical team will recommend the program that best fits your situation, timeline, and goals. We never sell a longer program if a shorter one is optimal for your recovery.
Each day includes individual therapy, a somatic or holistic practice session, group therapy 2× per week, meals, free time, and access to wellness facilities. The schedule is guided, not rigid.
Family sessions are available and encouraged when appropriate, typically on the 4-Week and 12-Week programs. Sessions are held remotely unless family members choose to visit.
We work with people in the aftermath of addiction — those who have already stabilised and are seeking deeper recovery and reintegration work. We do not provide acute detox or primary addiction treatment.
All clinical and therapeutic modalities, accommodation, meals, medical assessment, holistic activities, airport transfer, laundry, and housekeeping. There are no hidden extras.
A companion or support person may stay at a separate nearby property. They are not typically included in the clinical program unless this is assessed as beneficial.
Comfortable clothing, any existing medications (with documentation), and personal items. We provide everything else. A full packing guide is sent after admission is confirmed.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate. Many guests choose to limit phone use as part of their recovery — we support this but do not enforce it. We ask that work devices not be used during therapy hours.
