1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing holinahealing.com or booking any programme at Holina Healing Centre, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Holina Healing Centre

Holina Healing Centre is a private residential wellness facility located in Khao Yai, Thailand. We offer holistic therapeutic programmes, clinical therapies, and wellness retreats. We are not a hospital or acute medical facility.

3. Programme Bookings

All programme bookings require a deposit to confirm your place. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry. Full programme details, pricing and available dates are provided upon enquiry.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Participation in our programmes, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and IV vitamin infusions, requires a pre-treatment health assessment. Holina Healing Centre reserves the right to decline treatment if a contraindication is identified. Our therapies are complementary and are not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are provided in full at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date. Programme fees paid in full are subject to the cancellation schedule provided at booking.

6. Conduct

Holina Healing Centre is a therapeutic environment. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful to themselves, other guests, or staff.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Holina Healing Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in our programmes. Guests participate voluntarily and accept that outcomes may vary.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
